After many hrs. of trial and errors these are my sweet spot settings using Cura for my Ender 3v2, CR-10 v3, and Weedo Hephi3 (Yes Each one of these can translate over to each printer)
Layer Height: 0.2 for regular layer height
Line Width: 0.4
Outer Wall Line Width: 0.45
Top/Bottom Line Width: 0.4
Infill Line Width: 0.5
Walls: 3-6 ( I use 4)
Infill: Density 100%-99% if using 99% then use cubic subdivision for stronger internal strength
Printing temp: Use your best judgment with the filament your using. It you start to sting you may want to run cooler. Same thing goes for Bed temp.
Speed: 40mm - 50mm Slow and steady tend to get the best results for quality prints
Support Speed: 60-70mm (doesn't need to be pretty just functional)
Travel: Enable Retraction
Retraction Distance : 1.5
Retraction Speed: 25
Avoid Printed Parts When Traveling
Avoid Supports When Traveling
Cooling: Enable but I turn my fan speed down to 20-40% (gives time for better adhesion on my prints
Support: Live by the tree die by the tree!
Tree Supports ( for less scaring)
Support Pattern Everywhere
Support Overhang : 45.0
Support Pattern: NA (because Tree supports don't use a pattern)
Support Density: 0.00 - 2.0
Enable Support Roof
Support Roof Density: 45.0
Build Plate Adhesion: Skirt Or Brim
Really helpful man.
Thank you for taking the time to do this. Very much appreciated.
